The house is structured on two floors and has several entrances.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with double work and cooking surface, both in masonry and with a modern and very functional piece of furniture equipped with dishwasher, oven column (both traditional and microwave), double door refrigerator and a separate pantry area.

The kitchen leads to the very large dining room with a large table with comfortable seats and a fireplace, overlooking the external loggia and the garden. The common area is completed by a relaxation room, with 2 sofas (one of which converts into a double bed) and satellite TV; Inside the room there is also an ancient well, finely restored and secured, which dates back to 1500 and gives its name to the house located in what was formerly called Castel San Barnaba (today Scarperia).

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one of which is suitable for the disabled). Going up the stairs (double access from both the dining room and the relaxation room) on the first floor there are there are five large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms: two doubles, one double with bunk beds, one double with an extra bed on a comfortable and spacious mezzanine and a triple with a French bed and a single bed.

A laundry area on the first floor and a service bathroom on the ground floor are also available to guests.
